Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Loris Parfum. We aim to ensure a premium experience with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Hygiene seal (if applicable) must be intact
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes (for hygiene reasons)
  • Perfume samples
  • Gift cards

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Returns requested outside the 14-day cancellation window may not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return costs

5. Inspection & Refund Process

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time:

  • Refund issued within 5–7 working days
  • It may take an additional 3–5 working days to appear in your account

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product:

  • Return your item for a refund
  • Place a new order separately

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • Product
    • Packaging

We will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.

After this, orders may already be processed and cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
