Refund Policy for Loris Parfum

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Perfume samples and gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Return Process:

  • Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund.
  • Please allow 15 for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.

6. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

8. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders cannot be canceled as they may have already been processed and shipped.
