1. Refund Eligibility
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

- Gift cards
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team at onlineshop@lorisparfum.co.uk within the return period.
- Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.
5. Inspection & Refund Process
- Once your return is received, it will be inspected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to appear.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.
- After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order could already be processed.
