1. Refund Eligibility

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perfume samples
  • Gift cards

3. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our support team at onlineshop@lorisparfum.co.uk within the return period.
  • Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

5. Inspection & Refund Process

  • Once your return is received, it will be inspected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to appear.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.
  • After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order could already be processed.
