This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within one business day.
During busy periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier Partners)
We offer standard delivery to most UK locations.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your postcode and courier coverage. Some remote or rural areas may require an additional business day.
Next Day Free Shipping
Orders over £80 qualify for free next business day delivery (where available).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or seasonal volume.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if tracking is available for your selected shipping method).
If you haven’t received a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
4. Delivery Issues
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot refund orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Lost / Missing Packages
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:

Contact the courier with your tracking number
If still unresolved, email us and we will support you.
Delayed Orders
We are not responsible for courier delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.
5. Click & Collect (If you want to add this later)
We can add this section once you have store pickup enabled.
6. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
This may change in the future.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
