Loris Perfume's Loris Academy not only addresses the company's internal needs but also provides solutions to the industry's demand for qualified personnel. To date, Loris has trained hundreds of young people to become perfumers. The Academy offers a wide range of training, from personal development to professional knowledge, sales skills to leadership abilities, with a ‘Perfumery’ curriculum developed specifically for shop staff. Conducted by experienced trainers, this programme provides participants not only with product and brand knowledge, but also with lasting skills that will add value to their professional lives.
