Regarding the exchange of products purchased from our e-commerce site: 1- You can send your requests to the address below, specifying your requests in the description field below the invoice/information receipt to be paid by us via Yurtiçi Kargo. Shipments sent by different courier companies, except for international shipments, and paid for by the recipient will not be accepted.

Refunds for orders that have been cancelled without shipping or invoicing will be processed to your card within at least one working day.

Check the status of your order via the ‘My Orders’ tab in the ‘My Account’ section on the homepage. If your order status is ‘Order Received’, please submit your request to us via the following channels. You can create a request via the ‘Create Request Button’ in the “Help” tab in the ‘My Account’ section, or you can create a request with our customer representative by calling 444 8 345. If your order has the status ‘Shipped’, the recipient and/or address change can only be made by the shipping companies within a certain period of time. You can communicate your change request by contacting the shipping company that sent the shipment.

All orders placed by 12:00 noon on weekdays will be delivered to Yurt İçi Kargo within the same day. Your parcel will be delivered to your delivery address within 1-3 working days. All orders placed after 12:00 noon on Fridays will be delivered to Yurt İçi Kargo on Monday. Your parcel will be delivered to your delivery address within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its shipping status in the ‘My Account’ section under the ‘My Orders’ tab.

If you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you can easily cancel your order before shipping preparations begin by following the steps below. 1- Click on “Help” under the “My Account” tab. From the “Help” tab, you can create a request for exchange or cancellation by clicking on “Create Request”. 2- You can create your request by contacting our customer representative at 444 8 345. IMPORTANT: If your products have already started being prepared for shipping (if your invoice has been issued) or have been shipped, they cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can return the product upon delivery.

If the campaign conditions continue to be met even after cancellation or return, the campaign will not be cancelled. If the remaining products in the order after cancellation or return do not meet the campaign conditions, the campaign will be cancelled. Refunds will be made after deducting the campaign discount. TIP: If an order created with the free shipping promotion is cancelled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the promotion conditions, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
